It can be modeled on you, on your best person, or on a character you invent, and it can be photoreal or an animated, illustrated style that fits your brand. Visitors talk to it by voice or text. It answers from your material, runs the tools you've given it, and reports every conversation back to you.
Yes. A Pulse can be a clone of a real person, in appearance and in voice: you, your founder, your best rep, or a coach your students already know. It can just as easily be a fictitious character built for your brand, and it doesn't have to look lifelike at all: animated and stylized avatars work just as well as photoreal ones. Either way, you write the directive that sets its tone, so it speaks the way you want it to.
No. When you create an account, we reach out to discuss your needs. Once you're moving forward, our team builds the face and voice and allocates them to your account. We can even build your first Pulses for you. From there you create as many Pulses as you need from the avatars in your Studio.
You upload it. PDFs, Word docs, text, images, and videos become answerable the moment you save. You choose how much it leans on your material versus general knowledge, and it tells viewers when it's going beyond what you gave it.
It says so. Attach the "Escalate to a human" tool and it passes the question, the viewer's details, and the conversation summary to your team, then tells the viewer a real person will follow up.
Give any file an expiry date and it stops informing answers at that moment. Add a temporary directive ("mention the fall promo whenever pricing comes up") with its own end date. Both drop off on their own. Nothing to remember, nothing to clean up.
