01The agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Glonari Pulse — including glonaripulse.com, the Pulse Studio at studio.glonaripulse.com, and any Pulse experience hosted by us or embedded on another website (together, the "Service"). The Service is provided by Glonari, based in Los Angeles, California ("Glonari", "we", "us").
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your information and how memory works. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
02Who can use Pulse
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of a company or other organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind it to these Terms, and "you" includes that organization.
03Your account
- Give us accurate information and keep it current. We may need to verify your email address before some features are available.
- Keep your password and sign-in links private. You are responsible for activity under your account; tell us right away at support@glonaripulse.com if you think it has been compromised.
- One person per account. Don't share accounts or transfer yours to someone else.
- We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe pose a risk to the Service or other people.
04The service
Pulse lets you hold ongoing conversations with Signature Personas and other Pulses — AI experiences that can remember context from one conversation to the next. Some Pulses are built by Glonari; others are built and published by creators using the Pulse Studio (see Section 8).
We're continually improving Pulse, so features may change, be added, or be removed. We'll try to give reasonable notice of changes that materially reduce what the Service does. We may also set limits on usage — for example monthly conversation allowances tied to your plan.
05AI personas and what they're not
Every persona on Pulse is an AI. None of them is a human being, and none is a licensed professional. We say this everywhere in the product because it matters.
- Not professional advice. Personas may discuss topics like real estate, finance, health, fitness, relationships, or law, but nothing they say is medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice. Talk to a qualified professional before making decisions in those areas.
- Output can be wrong. AI-generated content can be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date, and personas may sound confident when they're not. Use your own judgement and verify anything important.
- Not an emergency service. If you or someone else is in danger or crisis, contact local emergency services or a crisis line. Personas can't call for help on your behalf.
- Persona identity. Personas built around public figures, characters, or brands are AI interpretations and are not endorsed by, or affiliated with, the people or organizations they draw from unless we say otherwise.
06Acceptable use
Use Pulse lawfully and respectfully. You agree not to:
- use the Service to harm, harass, threaten, exploit, or deceive anyone, or to generate content that is illegal, sexually explicit involving minors, or that incites violence;
- attempt to extract, reverse-engineer, or exfiltrate a persona's instructions, another user's memories or conversations, or our systems and models;
- probe, scan, overload, or interfere with the Service or its security, or access it by any automated means other than interfaces we provide for that purpose;
- impersonate any person or organization, or misrepresent your affiliation with one;
- upload malware or content you don't have the right to use;
- use the Service to build or train a competing AI product, or resell access to it without our written permission;
- circumvent usage limits, payment, or account restrictions.
07Your content
You own what you share. Your messages, uploads, and the memories distilled from your conversations ("Your Content") remain yours. You grant Glonari a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, process, transmit, and display Your Content solely to operate, secure, and improve the Service as described in the Privacy Policy. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies we must keep by law and for backups that are purged in the ordinary course.
You are responsible for Your Content. Only share what you have the right to share, and don't include other people's sensitive information without their permission.
Persona replies. As between you and Glonari, you may use the replies a persona generates for you for any lawful purpose. Because AI output is not unique, other users may receive similar responses, and we can't guarantee that output is free of third-party rights.
Memory. You can view and delete your memories at any time. Memory deletion is described in the Privacy Policy.
08Creators and Pulse owners
If you use the Pulse Studio to build, publish, or embed Pulses, tools, or knowledge ("Creator Content"), these additional terms apply:
- You are responsible for your Pulses. That includes their instructions, personality, knowledge sources, tools, and behaviour, and for making sure they comply with these Terms, applicable law, and the rights of others.
- Rights in what you upload. You confirm that you own or have permission to use everything you upload, including documents, audio, avatars, and brand material, and that your Pulse does not infringe anyone's intellectual property, publicity, or privacy rights.
- Your users' data. You may review conversations held with your Pulses to improve them. You must treat that information responsibly, comply with privacy law that applies to you, publish an accurate privacy policy on any site where you embed a Pulse, and never use conversation data to harass, discriminate against, or deceive the people who talked to your Pulse.
- Tools. Tools you build may take actions on external services. You are responsible for those actions and for the credentials and permissions you grant. We review tools before they go live and may decline or disable any tool at our discretion.
- Licence to us. You grant Glonari a non-exclusive licence to host, display, and run your Creator Content so we can provide the Service, and to feature public Pulses in the Marketplace and in promotional material unless you tell us not to.
- Usage costs. Conversations on your Pulses count against the allowance of whichever party pays under your Pulse's settings — you, or the signed-in member — as shown in the Studio.
- We may remove content. We can suspend or remove any Pulse, tool, or content that we reasonably believe violates these Terms or creates risk for the Service or other people.
09Plans and payments
- Free access. Joining Pulse is free and includes conversation with Gia and other free Pulses, subject to fair-use limits.
- Subscriptions. Paid plans renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. Prices, allowances, and what's included are shown at the time you subscribe. Payments are processed by Stripe under its own terms; we do not store full card details.
- Cancelling. You can cancel from the Subscription page at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the current period, and you won't be charged again.
- Refunds. Except where the law requires otherwise, payments are non-refundable and we don't prorate partial periods. If something has gone wrong, contact us — we'd rather fix it.
- Price changes. We'll give you at least 30 days' notice before a price change takes effect for you.
- Taxes. Prices exclude taxes unless stated; you're responsible for any that apply.
10Our intellectual property
The Service — including its software, design, Signature Personas created by Glonari, the Glonari and Pulse names and logos, and all related content — belongs to Glonari or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property law. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable licence to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. Nothing here transfers ownership of the Service or our marks to you.
If you send us feedback or suggestions, we can use them without obligation to you.
11Third-party services
Pulse relies on third-party providers — for example AI models, avatar rendering, payments, and email — listed in our Privacy Policy. Pulses embedded on creators' websites, and links that personas or creators share, are governed by those third parties' own terms. We are not responsible for third-party sites or services.
12Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Glonari disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI output will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any purpose. You use persona output at your own risk.
13Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Glonari and its officers, employees, contractors, and providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to the Service or these Terms, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for all claims relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or (b) US $100.
Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
14Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Glonari from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from Your Content, your Creator Content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms or applicable law.
15Termination
You can stop using Pulse at any time and can ask us to delete your account as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if continuing to provide the Service to you creates risk for us or others. Where practical we'll tell you why. Sections that by their nature should survive — including 7, 10, and 12 through 16 — survive termination.
16Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States of America, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that we can't resolve informally will be brought exclusively in the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Before starting a formal claim, please contact us — most issues can be sorted out directly.
Nothing in this section prevents you from bringing a claim in your local courts where consumer law gives you that right.
17Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. We'll post the updated Terms here with a new effective date and, for material changes, notify you by email or in the Studio at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that date means you accept the updated Terms.
