01Who we are and what this covers

Glonari Pulse ("Pulse", "we", "us") is operated by Glonari, based in Los Angeles, California. This policy applies to:

• glonaripulse.com — our marketing site;
• studio.glonaripulse.com — the Pulse Studio, where members sign in, manage their account and memories, and where creators build and publish Pulses;
• Pulse experiences — conversations with Signature Personas and other Pulses, whether hosted on our domains or embedded on a creator's own website.

Creators who publish Pulses ("Pulse owners") are separate parties. Section 6 explains what they can see when you talk to a Pulse they publish.

02Information we collect

Information you give us

• Account details. Your name, email address, and a password (stored only as a salted hash). If you sign in with Google, we receive your Google account's name, email address, and a unique identifier — never your Google password.
• Conversations. The messages you send to a persona and the replies you receive. If you talk by voice, your browser's built-in speech recognition turns your speech into text; Pulse receives the text, not an audio recording. Your browser may send audio to its own speech provider (for example, Google for Chrome) under that provider's policy.
• Profile and preferences. Anything you add to your profile, your theme choice, and settings you change in the Studio.
• Feedback. Star ratings and survey responses you choose to leave at the end of a conversation.
• Creator content. If you build Pulses, the names, prompts, greetings, knowledge documents, tools, and other material you upload or write.
• Payment details. If you subscribe, our payment processor (Stripe) collects your card details directly. We receive only a customer reference, plan status, and the last four digits of your card.

Information we generate

• Memories. Short summaries of what matters from your conversations, described in the next section.
• Usage and billing records. Which Pulses you talk to, session length, and token usage, so we can operate plans and allowances.

Information collected automatically

• Technical data. IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, timestamps, and error logs, collected when you use our sites or an embedded Pulse.
• Cookies and local storage. A sign-in cookie and small identifiers, described in Section 8. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or trackers.

03How memory works

When a conversation ends, an AI model distills it into a small number of plain-language memories — things like your goals, preferences, or the situation you were working through. Those memories are stored against your account and shared across the Pulses you talk to, so a persona can pick up where you left off.

• Memories are per person, not per Pulse. They follow your account, not the individual persona.
• You can see every memory. The Memories page in your account lists them in full.
• You can delete any memory, or all of them. Deleting removes the memory from our live systems immediately; it will not be used in future conversations.
• We don't edit memories on your behalf, and we don't let you rewrite them — that keeps them honest. If one is wrong, delete it and the model will re-learn from future conversations.
• Anonymous conversations are not remembered. If you talk to a Pulse without signing in, the conversation is used only for that session and is never distilled into memory.

04How we use information

We use the information described above to:

• run Pulse — generate persona replies, stream avatar video and voice, and carry memory between sessions;
• create and secure your account, verify your email, and sign you in;
• operate plans, allowances, and payments;
• let Pulse owners review conversations on Pulses they publish and improve them (see Section 6);
• send transactional email such as verification links, password resets, one-time sign-in links, and receipts;
• diagnose problems, prevent abuse, and keep the service reliable and secure;
• understand how Pulse is used in aggregate so we can improve it;
• comply with law and enforce our Terms of Service.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your conversations or memories for advertising.

05AI processing and service providers

Every Signature Persona is an AI. To make Pulse work, we send the data needed for each task to a small number of specialist providers, each bound by contract to use it only to provide their service to us. Under the API terms we use, these providers do not train their models on your content.

We may add or replace providers as the service evolves. Where a change materially affects how your data is handled, we will update this policy.

06Pulses on other websites

Creators can embed the Pulses they build on their own websites. When you talk to a Pulse on a creator's site:

• The Pulse owner can review conversations held with their Pulse, along with any rating you leave, so they can improve it. If you are signed in, they see the name and email on your account; if you are anonymous, they see only the conversation.
• The Pulse owner is responsible for their own website, their own privacy practices, and any content they give their Pulse. Their privacy policy applies alongside ours.
• Your memories are not shared with Pulse owners. They are used to inform the persona's replies, but owners cannot read your memory list.
• If you use one account across several creators' Pulses, each creator sees only the conversations held with their own Pulses.

07When we share information

We share personal information only:

• with the service providers listed in Section 5, to operate Pulse;
• with Pulse owners, as described in Section 6;
• when required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or lawful request, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Glonari, our members, or others;
• in a business transfer, if Glonari is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets — in which case this policy continues to apply to your information;
• with your direction or consent.

We may share aggregated or de-identified information that cannot reasonably be used to identify you.

08Cookies and local storage

We keep this minimal:

We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site trackers, or third-party analytics on our sites. You can clear these items at any time through your browser settings; you will simply need to sign in again.

09How long we keep information

• Account information — for as long as your account exists.
• Memories — until you delete them or delete your account.
• Conversations — for as long as your account exists, so you and the Pulse owner can review them. Anonymous conversations are kept for operational review by the Pulse owner and are not linked to a person.
• Sign-in sessions and one-time links — sessions expire after 30 days; email verification, password reset, and magic sign-in links expire within an hour of being sent.
• Billing records — as long as required for tax and accounting purposes.
• Logs — technical logs are kept for a limited period for security and diagnostics, typically no more than 90 days.

When you delete something, it is removed from our live systems immediately and purged from backups within 30 days.

10Your choices and rights

• View and delete memories at any time from the Memories page in your account.
• Update your details from your profile in the Studio.
• Delete your account. Email support@glonaripulse.com from the address on your account and we will delete your account, memories, and conversations, subject to records we must keep by law.
• Cancel a subscription at any time from the Subscription page; access continues until the end of the paid period.

Depending on where you live, you may also have legal rights to access, correct, port, or restrict the use of your personal information, to object to certain processing, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Residents of the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and California, among others, can exercise these rights by contacting us. We will not discriminate against you for doing so.

Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Where we rely on legitimate interests — for example to secure the service — you can object and we will consider your request.

11Security

We protect your information with encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, hashed passwords, HTTP-only session cookies, rate-limited sign-in, and access controls that limit who at Glonari can see personal data. No system is perfectly secure; if we learn of a breach affecting your information we will notify you as required by law.

12Age requirements

Pulse is for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the service. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18; if you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.

13International transfers

Pulse is operated from the United States and our providers may process data in the United States and other countries. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses for transfers out of the EEA and UK.

14Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as Pulse evolves. We will post the new version here with a new effective date and, for material changes, notify you by email or in the Studio before they take effect.
